Birthday Party Information:
Hamilton Mountain Gymnastics Centre offers birthday parties. Children will enjoy fantastic, well organized, safe fun with trained and enthusiastic coaches. Whether it is swinging on the big rope, bouncing on the trampoline, climbing the letter wall, rolling around in the sponge pit, or learning new things on the equipment, the fun never stops.

 For all packages we provide party invitations.
Any child 3 years or younger MUST be accompanied by an adult. Those adults accompanying the young children and the birthday child's parents will be the only ones in the gym area. Adults are in the gym for maximum supervision of the young children. Use of the equipment by the adults is strictly prohibited.
Our gym is PEANUT FREE, so please no products with nuts.
Parties are on Sundays at 11am or 1:30pm and Saturdays at 3:45pm.
It is never too early to book a party. A $60 deposit is required to guarantee reservations. The deposit is non-refundable 6 days before the party. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the party date by Interac, Visa, American Express or Mastercard.

Birthday Party Packages:
Package 1:
Gym and Party Room
Children will enjoy one hour of gymnastics instruction and use of our party roomfor an additional hour. Tables and chairs will be available- you provide the decorations, refreshments, the cake, goodie bags and all necessary supplies.
Cost:
$150.00 (for 10 kids or less-including the birthday child)
$180.00 (for 11 kids to a maximum of 20 kids- including the birthday child. Two qualified coaches will be provided for the gymnastics hour for parties with 11 kids or more)
Package 2:
Pizza Party
Leave the work to us! Children will enjoy one hour of gymnastics instruction and the use of our decorated party room for an additional hour. We will provide tables and chairs, Zarky's pizza, pop/juice, hats, plates, napkins, cutlery and decorations. All you need to bring is the cake and the goodie bags.
Cost:
$175.00 (for 10 kids or less-including the birthday child)
$215.00 (for 11 kids to a maximum of 20 kids- including the birthday child. Two qualified coaches will be provided for the gymnastics hour for parties with 11 kids or more)
Package 3:
"Swiss Chalet"Party Tired of pizza at birthday parties? Try something new! We will provide Swiss Chalet 2 chicken fingers and fries with Ketchup and plum sauce, juice or pop. All delivered within hours of your party! We will also decorate the party room, have hats, cutlery and napkins for your little ones. The Swiss Chalet on Upper James will also provide coupons for FREE kids entrees with the order of at least one adult meal.
