You will be registering your child for recreational gymnastics. Please refer to our schedule for day/time slot options.

Payment Information

Payment information must be included in order to secure a place in the class. Online registrations without payment information will be treated as spam and deleted. No payment is processed until the registration is confimed with you individually. Confirmation will be done by telephone or personalized email (not the automatic email received upon submission).

Payment information:

  • Registration is a season enrollment (September-June: 37 weeks). Spring session registrations are accepted starting December 15, 2018.  Spring session begins the first week of February 2019 (February - June: 18 weeks)
  • Fees include club and GO membership registration
  • Payments can be made by cheques, Interac, cash, Visa or Master Card. When paying in installments, a VALID credit card MUST be given to secure payments.  Password for e-transfer is the date of birth of the child you are registering YYYYMMDD
  • When registering two or more children from the same family , a 10% discount will be applied to the least expensive program(s)
  • Returned cheques MUST be paid by cash or Interac. A $50.00 charge will be added
  • A $15.00 charge will apply each time we are unable to process your credit card instalments
  • The club has the right to terminate a membership for non-payment. or for not adhering to the Club's policies and rules of conduct.  When a membership is terminated there are NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT GIVEN AT ANY TIME.

Late Registrations:

  • We accept late registrations providing there is space in the requested class. We give make-ups if your child missed up to 3 classes and a rebate if you have missed more than 3 classes when registering.
  • SPRING SESSION: All registrations occurring during the months of December  and January with regular classes to start beginning of February (18 weeks) One time payment of the Spring Session rate is required. The child can also receive up to 2 free classes during our BRING-A-FRIEND weeks in January if registered during December. NO REFUND will be given once the child starts the Spring Session.

Cancellation Policies:

  • All cancellation must be submitted via email to gymstarsinfo@gmail.com
  • There are 3 times to cancel your membership and receive a refund:
    1. BEFORE ATTENDING ANY CLASSES: you will receive a refund of your fees paid, minus a $ 50.00
    administration fee.
    2. AFTER THE FIRST CLASS: you will receive a refund of your fees paid, minus a $ 75.00 administration fee.
    3. ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 15: you will receive the amount of $125.00 (assuming all payments have been received) regardless how much you have paid, or what instalment option you have selected. 
  • THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS AFTER DEC 15
  • Any cancellation due to medical issues will receive a program credit valid until Dec 15th of the following season. The credit is not transferable to any other child. The club must receive an original Doctor’s note stating the child’s inability to participate in gymnastics for more than 8 weeks consecutively. The credit will be calculated from the date stated on the doctor’s note.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of submitting the registration form. If payment is not received within 48 hours you will lose your position in the class waiting list.
